Emergency Road Service (ERS)

AAA emergency road service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and covers YOU – as a driver or passenger. If we can't get you going, we'll take you someplace that will.

AAA Members receive: towing, battery assistance, tire change, lockout service, fuel delivery and much more!

Requesting help from AAA is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3. Simply call, contact us online or use our smartphone app. Whatever is most convenient for you.

AAA members can request 24-hour emergency road service by calling:

We will need your name, membership number, membership expiration date and phone number. We will also need to know the type of vehicle and its exact location, its license plate number, the nature of the difficulty, and the tow destination.
